We are partnered with a growing industrial manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area, seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. Our client specializes in, industrial manufacturing and is seeking a Process Engineer to help develop KPI's, Monitor & measure process's, develop process improvements, and who is seeking an opportunity for true career growth. This is a unique opportunity, with the ability to help grow a team from the ground up and truly make a long lasting impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new processes, equipment, or systems
- Monitor process performance using data analysis and KPIsTroubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Cross functional team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support new product introductions and scale-up activities
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification with equivalent experience at a minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, metallurgical engineering or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in project management for CAPEX projects & process development upgrades
- Ability to work on a cross functional engineering team, supporting all internal teams and projects as necessary
