Network Engineer

Responsibilities: Build, administer, and improve private cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on uptime, scalability, and operational resilience. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices to maintain strong performance across the environment. Apply security controls and support compliance-focused practices to reduce infrastructure risk and address vulnerabilities. Collaborate with engineering and application teams to deliver a dependable platform for internal systems and client-facing services. Identify opportunities to automate recurring operational tasks and streamline infrastructure workflows. Investigate incidents, respond to support needs, and restore service quickly through effective technical problem-solving. Create and maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, procedures, and operational standards. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that may include after-hours and weekend support, along with occasional travel to office or data center locations.
