Inpatient Milieu Counselor – Adolescent Psychiatry (Nights)

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Milieu Counselor for the Somerville campus to support a secure inpatient psychiatric unit. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, run therapeutic groups, and monitor patient safety. You will document vitals, intake/output, and notify nurses of changes. The role emphasizes teamwork, crisis support, and adherence to policies in a 12-bed adolescent unit serving ages 12–18. Nights, weekends, and holidays apply.
