CNC Operator - Lathe or Mill

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate CNC Lathe or CNC Mill machines according to production requirements. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Read and follow work instructions, setup sheets, and blueprints. Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Monitor machine performance and identify quality or production issues. Make basic tool offset adjustments as needed. Maintain production records and inspection documentation. Keep work area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards. Communicate production concerns to supervisors and setup technicians. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications: 1+ year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read measuring tools including calipers and micrometers. Basic blueprint reading skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or both. Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or Okuma controls. Knowledge of GD&T and inspection procedures. Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or precision manufacturing environments.

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise and coolant.
