AI Engineer

Overview As an AI Engineer, you will build and deploy AI-powered applications that directly enhance commercial performance, such as pricing, quoting, and forecast insights. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to turn data into faster, smarter decisions embedded in daily workflows. You’ll drive end-to-end pilots, adoption, and governance to deliver measurable revenue and margin improvements. This role sits at the intersection of data and business impact, enabling scalable, hands-on AI in commercial operations. Compensation / Benefits Quarterly cash bonus plan Paid time off (120 hours per year)Paid holidays (10 per year)Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance 401(k) plan Competitive salary range Responsibilities Identify high-value AI use cases with Sales, Finance, and Operations Build and deploy AI-enabled applications using Databricks Integrate data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and contracts systems Embed AI tools into commercial workflows (not standalone dashboards)Lead end-to-end pilots (design, test, launch, sustain)Train users and drive adoption in real business routines Ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance (AS9100 / ITAR / DFARS)Align AI standards and controls with Corporate and Division ITReport measurable improvements in revenue, margin, and forecast performance Key requirements 3–6 years building complex applications 2+ years AI experience Experience with CRM and/or CPQ systems preferred Experience supporting commercial or revenue operations a plus Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent)Familiarity with APIs, Git, and deployment Strong business translator Adoption-focused delivery Cross-functional collaboration Databricks (SQL, Delta Tables, Unity Catalog)LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG workflows Strong SQL and Python
