Principal Software Engineer

Overview In this role you drive long-term outcomes in a high-impact engineering environment. You report to a Director or Senior Director and act as a company-level expert across multiple domains. You implement robust solutions that withstand business changes and optimize system functionality. You lead with strong design and delivery capabilities, mentoring others and guiding cross-functional collaboration. You join a mission-driven team focused on investor protection and market integrity, shaping scalable, secure technology at FINRA.
