Remote Quality Lead - Academic Editing & Training

Crimson Interactive is seeking a Quality Analyst to work from home in the Editing department. You will oversee end-to-end quality management for freelancers and in-house editors, ensuring high-speed, high-precision edits and thorough audits. You will analyze language quality, address client concerns, and train editors on English and editorial processes. The role requires strong English proficiency, data skills, and coordination with PM/Client Servicing teams.
