Identify and execute projects to improve safety, production, quality, reliability, and cost. Conduct process studies, troubleshooting efforts, and plant trials. Support capital projects, including scope development, feasibility evaluations, and commissioning activities. Utilize process engineering principles to evaluate and design new systems and process modifications. Analyze operating data and apply statistical methods to drive data-based decisions. Optimize process controls, reduce variability, and improve overall plant performance. Participate in PSM-related activities, including PHA and Management of Change processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external engineering, equipment, and contractor partners. Chemical Process Engineer Preferred Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline. Experience in chemical, chlor-alkali, minerals, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, or other heavy process manufacturing environments. Proven experience leading process improvement or capital projects in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with PSM, MOC, and PHA methodologies. Experience leveraging process data and analytics tools to improve plant performance. Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
