Senior Strategic Realization Program Manager

Overview In this role you translate USP’s strategy into tangible results, partnering with senior leaders to design, test, and execute strategic initiatives. You’ll build accountability frameworks, define metrics, and drive process improvements for measurable outcomes. You will assess plans for credibility, feasibility, and impact, while creating real-time visibility into performance. You’ll lead cross-functional design, change management, and executive communication to propel strategic programs at scale.
