Private Equity Associate West Palm Beach, FLWe are partnering with a leading lower-middle-market private equity firm seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in West Palm Beach. Investment FocusThe firm takes a generalist approach, investing across a range of industries with a focus on partnering with established businesses to drive growth and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Prepare investment committee presentations and transaction materials.
Support deal execution from initial evaluation through closing.
Monitor portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
Conduct industry research and support investment sourcing efforts.
Requirements2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related transaction-focused role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Experience with valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
