Pharmaceutical Batcher

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr and up (Based on Experience and Interview)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials, powders, liquids, and active ingredients according to batch specifications. Follow Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure precise product formulation. Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial mixing, blending, and granulation equipment. Record production data, including weights, temperatures, mixing times, and processing parameters, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Perform in-process quality checks, including sampling and testing to verify product specifications. Maintain a clean and organized production environment while following strict sanitation and contamination control procedures. Execute cleaning and sterilization protocols between production batches. Adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety guidelines, and company policies. Properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when necessary. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food manufacturing, nutraceutical, or related production environments preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch records with a high level of accuracy. Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards. Comfortable working with industrial equipment, chemicals, and required safety procedures. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. \nCompany
