Public Safety Associate

The Public Safety Associate helps maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for visitors, volunteers, and staff throughout the Gardens 82-acre campus. This position conducts patrols, responds to safety concerns, monitors access, and supports emergency response. Maintain a visible safety presence and respond to alarms, service calls, and incidents. Monitor visitor access and secure buildings and grounds. Document observations, suspicious activity, and incidents. Assist police, fire, EMS, and other first responders during emergencies. Manage traffic, parking, and service road access. Maintain communication with appropriate personnel and request assistance when needed. Complete required safety and security training. Cross-train with other departments and assist with Garden operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
