Overview
As Technical Content Developer, you create cloud-focused learning experiences that enable learners to apply skills on the job. You collaborate with SMEs to build modules, labs, projects, and assessments, ensuring technical accuracy and scalable delivery for enterprise audiences. You leverage AI tooling to speed up drafting and QA without sacrificing quality. This role sits in a cross-functional curriculum pod focused on measurable skill acquisition and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Develop cloud learning modules, hands-on labs, projects, quizzes, and assessments against design requirements and learning objectives Translate requirements into verifiable skill-based learning experiences rather than mere content consumption Author and test end-to-end hands-on labs and projects, ensuring cloud environments are correctly configured and reproducible Create assessments and instructional-design elements aligned with Learn Vantage standards to measure skill acquisition Validate content accuracy and keep pace with changes in cloud platforms and tools in collaboration with SMEsUse AI tooling to accelerate drafting, iteration, and QA while maintaining quality Incorporate tester, learner, and reviewer feedback into content revisions Operate within a curriculum pod reporting to a Curriculum Lead
Key requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on cloud expertise across at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience grounded in adult learning science Minimum 1 year authoring and testing hands-on labs and projects end-to-end, with environment troubleshooting Minimum 1 year experience using AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QAMinimum 2 years in Cloud Computing and AI Prompting Minimum 2 years in instructional design or curriculum development Minimum 2 years in a cloud-related role (Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, or Data Architect)Minimum 1 year experience with Git Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)collaboration with cross-functional teamsability to work in ambiguous requirements and drive towards solutionsdata-driven approach to content decisions Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCPHands-on labs and project authoringAI tooling for drafting and QA
