Team Lead/Trainer

Team Lead Responsibilities: Lead and support employees on the production line Keep production running efficiently and on schedule Monitor product quality and production standards Train and assist new employees Communicate production needs and concerns to supervisors Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with troubleshooting and production tasks as needed
