Job Description: Warehouse Staff
Location: East Coast Appliance400 North Military Highway, Norfolk, VA 23502
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (starting)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (weekends required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Support daily warehouse operations
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
- Facility Maintenance
- Perform general warehouse upkeep
- Assist with inspections, inventory checks, and cleaning
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- This is a highly physical role involving constant movement
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Ability to move items up to 250 lbs using a hand truck
