What You'll Do: prepare ingredients and cook meals according to menu standards and dietary requirementsfollow established recipes, portion guidelines, quality expectations, and presentation standardssupport meal service by coordinating with dietary staff and ensuring timely, accurate platingmaintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work areafollow all sanitation, safety, and food-handling proceduresmonitor inventory and communicate supply needs to leadershipassist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and closing duties as neededcontribute to a positive, resident-focused dining experience every shift Masonic Homes Kentucky is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
