This is not a corporate TA role. This is a front-line, agency-minded position focused on hunting passive recruiting and sales talent from the staffing industry and bringing in the people who will help define our next phase of growth. You’ll work directly with the VP of People & Operations and senior leadership and play a visible role in shaping the future of the firm. What You’ll Own• Full-cycle internal recruiting for agency talent across recruiting, sales, and leadership roles• Proactive outreach to passive candidates at competing staffing and professional services firms• Building and managing pipelines aligned to Madison-Davis growth plans• Partnering with leadership on hiring priorities and search strategy• Running high-quality prescreens and guiding candidates through a structured interview process• Owning candidate experience from first contact through offer close• Representing the Madison-Davis brand with confidence and credibility in the market What We’re Looking For• 4+ years of experience recruiting in a staffing or agency environment• Proven success hiring recruiters, sales professionals, or agency leaders• Strong passive sourcing instincts and comfort with outbound outreach• Ability to engage experienced, high-performing agency professionals• Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches• Clear communicator with sound judgment and follow-through• Bachelor’s degree required Why Madison-Davis• A seat at the table with senior leadership• Real ownership over who joins the firm• The chance to help build a scalable TA engine from the inside• Clear runway for growth as the firm expands nationally• A performance-driven culture that values results and accountability We offer:• Competitive base salary + performance bonus • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)• Hybrid work setup (4 days onsite) • Close collaboration with senior leadership• A culture built on growth, mentorship, and success
