Role Director of Quantitative & Clinical Pharmacology, leading clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics activities from early development through late-stage trials and registration.
Responsibilitiesdevelop and execute quantitative pharmacology strategies
lead model-based analyses (PK/PD modeling, meta-analyses, disease modeling)
support clinical dose selection
contribute to regulatory strategies and engagements
Requirements:
PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field;
7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics;
strong expertise in PK/PD modeling, with proficiency in NONMEM and R preferred.
High Valuefocus on clinical dose refinement, predictive modeling, and translational approaches; experience with siRNA or CNS therapeutics is advantageous.
Work Setuphybrid in the U.S., with some on-site presence and occasional in-person events.
