Producer

Carousel's Producer will require outstanding organization, communication, budgeting, negotiating, and leadership skills along with a positive, motivated and entrepreneurial attitude. This role is full-time, on-site in San Diego, with options for hybrid work opportunities. Our ideal candidate will bring deep experience and creative prowess across pre-production, production and post-production of long-form and short-form brand content, broadcast and commercial work. Carousel is looking for a talented producer who will work quickly and nimbly alongside a growing team to drive projects forward. Owner of multiple workstreams through planning, resourcing and scheduling – keeping projects flowing with ease on time and on budget. Most critically, our Producers simply find a way to make things happen while maintaining healthy, high-quality relationships with our world-class clientele. This integral role is key to the creation of top tier work that Carousel is known for. Organization - outstanding organizational skills keeping projects, timelines, notes, and files clean. Communication - refined communication skills with internal and external teams. Coordination - strong coordination skills getting teams to align on key topics and objectives. Negotiation - excellent negotiation skills and relationship building with internal and external partners. Prioritization - ability to help identify challenges and prioritize solutions in a fast-paced environment. Adaptation - ability to adapt effortlessly to ambiguity and change throughout projects. Solution - ability to approach challenges with optimism to find optimal solutions. Qualification: Four Year Degree Preferred, not required.5-10 Years Professional Experience - Production, Studio, Brand, Creative, Advertising Agency preferred. Experience working with Google Workplace, Dropbox, Monday, Slack, Adobe and Wrapbook. High attention to detail required to work on industry-leading work for world-class clients.
