Senior Data Analyst – Real Estate FocusThis is a technical role with strategic financial responsibilities. You are the first hire on what will be a fast growing team focused on optimizing insights on valuations for residential property we're seeking to acquire. We're looking for someone to come in, be hands on, while having a career path to grow into a leadership role as the team grows. We are seeing a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about real estate, and is excited to drive analysis through the use of data when evaluating residential real estate properties to purchase for our portfolio. You will be using SQL heavily to extract, clean and prepare data to analyze on the property, and also analyzing macro economic and other conditions that could impact the valuation of the asset. You will also have some financial analysis responsibilities, such as modeling financial data and financial reporting about the properties. You don't need robust finance experience, but do need to understand a financial model.
