Serving as a subject matter expert for a designated therapeutic area, the full-time Principal Customer Education Specialist will partner with sponsors and internal stakeholders to develop innovative training solutions that enhance customer success in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Provide guidance as a subject matter expert and develop training plans in collaboration with sponsor study teams
Recommend customer training strategies and support new business opportunities in partnership with Business Development
Lead organizational readiness initiatives and monitor quality metrics to recommend targeted training interventions
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or certification in education, business, human resources, or a relevant field in the clinical trial industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate training environment and within the clinical trial industry
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in a specific therapeutic area and/or product line
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment
