Cleaning Technician

The Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering quality service, and wants to develop valuable skills in the cleaning and restoration industry. No prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll perform a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services while gaining exposure to additional service lines, including water damage restoration and emergency response.

What We Offer: Starting pay of $20.00 per hour Commission opportunities on cleaning services Paid, hands-on training Opportunities for overtime Career growth and advancement opportunities Company-paid employee health insurance What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. Assist with air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning (training provided). Perform minor carpet repairs and carpet stretching. Set up, operate, clean, and maintain professional cleaning equipment. Conduct pre-service inspections and assess customer cleaning needs. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and communicate professionally with customers. Maintain clean, organized company vehicles, equipment, and work areas. Follow company safety procedures, operational standards, and industry best practices. Assist with additional cleaning and restoration services as needed. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. No previous cleaning or restoration experience required. We will train the right candidate! Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.
