Consumer Marketing Specialist

Overview In this role you will develop and manage a range of consumer marketing campaigns aimed at growing member acquisition and retention. You will partner with sales, events, and other departments to align campaigns with our growth objectives and deliver measurable impact. You will support media coordination, research, content review, and creative workflow to ensure campaigns are effective and compliant. You will synthesize insights from market research to inform new strategies and business cases. This position offers the chance to shape customer marketing across channels in a collaborative, impact-driven environment. Responsibilities Concept and produce campaigns from idea to launch with a clear understanding of products and services Coordinate media placements (radio, email, TV, etc.) across markets Support or conduct consumer research in different markets Review content for brochures, ads, articles, releases, websites, and presentations for compliance Manage creative projects and workflow with internal team and external agencies Derive actionable insights from research to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate to build business cases for new strategies Perform individual marketing plan tasks as assigned Support evaluation of campaigns and share learnings with stakeholders Prepare standardized and ad-hoc reports Recommend initiatives to improve revenue, retention, and advocacy Additional duties may be assigned by manager Key requirementsstrong interpersonal skillssavvy technical skillspassion for customer marketinginterpersonal communicationcollaborationanalytical thinkingproblem solving
