JROTC Instructor & Cadet Leadership Coach

Daytonearlycollege is seeking an Army JROTC Teacher who will implement the U.S. Army Cadet Command JROTC curriculum and serve as a mentor and advocate for cadets. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Ohio teaching license and have experience as a military instructor or in a related educational position. Responsibilities include developing student leadership, maintaining classroom dynamics, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The position is full-time with a focus on character development and academic achievement.
