Service Designer

Responsibilities: Design experience or ecosystem maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, process flows, storyboards, and prototypes Clearly articulate an end-to-end serviceand experience to teams across the organization toachieve broad understanding, buy-in, and alignment Identify common patterns and behaviorsacross services, using this information tocreate durable and reusable solutions Foster strong cross-functional relationships with the research and design teamsand other units such as service experience management, business system analytics, product management, and service delivery

Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Interaction Design, Product Design, or relevant field 8+ years of experiencein Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Designor related field Working knowledge of designing in Figma, Sketch, and/or the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).Experience with collaboration tools such as Figjam, Miro, or Mural Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in service design!
