Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant

Overview In this role you will lead and execute Workday Adaptive implementations, translating client needs into effective configurations. You’ll drive project delivery across multiple engagements, mentor staff, and maintain high client satisfaction through strong communication and governance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance, and contribute to the firm’s service delivery improvements. Compensation / Benefits Medical, dental, vision Generous PTO and sick time Flexible work arrangements 401K with Profit Sharing Wellness program Generous parental leave Responsibilities Gain expertise in Adaptive software and stay updated with new features Translate client requirements into configurable Workday Adaptive solutions Lead projects with strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills Oversee multiple projects and provide performance feedback to staff Ensure adherence to implementation methodology and client satisfaction Collaborate with Project Managers and Client Managers on change orders Provide expert consulting and guidance during projects Deliver regular project progress updates and maintain client communication Provide technical support to clients as needed Support Managed Services on open issues and enhancements Present Workday release review features to Managed Services clients Conduct technical health checks and present findings to clients Lead Armanino Academy live training courses with clients Develop new processes and templates for service delivery and contribute to knowledge base Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, consulting, or advisory roles Minimum 2 years' experience with Workday Adaptive and CPM implementations Workday Adaptive Planning First certification Proven project management and leadership skills Excellent facilitation and requirement-gathering skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work under pressure Willingness to travel; flexibility to work from home part-timefacilitationcommunicationleadership Workday AdaptiveCPM software implementations Workday Adaptive Platform certification
