Must pass Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Screening**** If you are not currently certified you can still apply and we will help you get enrolled in a program to receive your certification. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with patient mobility and transfers Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Provide emotional support to residents and their families Skills: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality care to our residents. You will also use your ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that our residents receive timely care. Your ability to lift and move residents will be essential in assisting with patient mobility and transfers.
