Senior Staff Accountant Oakridge Staffing is a growing technology staffing firm serving financial services, hedge funds, and technology clients nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, consultant payroll and invoicing, and multi-state compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and billing analyses Oversee consultant timesheets, invoicing, and payroll via ATS and ADPEnsure accurate billing and payroll data in CRM and databases. Maintain compliance with multi-state payroll, unemployment, and workers’ comp Support consultant onboarding/offboarding, tax, and insurance documentation Coordinate with HR on benefits, terminations, and employment verifications
Qualifications:
Prior payroll, onboarding and client invoicing experience Strong working knowledge of Excel Solid understanding of multi-state payroll and tax compliance
Location:
On-site | Purchase, NYIdeal: 5+ years of accounting experience; staffing or professional services preferred
