Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Business Analyst – Data Platform

Work Location: Mettawa, ILBusiness Analyst, BTS Commercial Patient Services – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Platform - 8+ years of experience

Position Summary: The Business Analyst supports Abb Vie BTS Commercial Patient Services by partnering with business and technology teams to define, improve, and support capabilities for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Platform. This role translates business needs into clear requirements, supports data-driven decision-making, and helps deliver solutions that improve patient engagement, operational efficiency, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and data requirements Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, detailed requirement documentation and test scenarios and strategy Partner with Patient Services business partners, Commercial BTS, analytics, operations, and technical teams to support platform enhancements Support data analysis related to patient engagement, enrollment, communication, and campaign performance Help improve workflow efficiency, and business process consistency Support testing, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions (Support testing activities including requirements traceability, QA/UAT planning, and defect triage.)
