About the role

Providing expertise in analyzing technical learning needs, the full-time Senior BWRX-300 Operations Training Instructor will design and deliver training solutions, focusing on the development of Initial and Continuing Training Programs for nuclear technologies, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Analyze learning needs and design training solutions for BWR/ABWR/BWRX-300 technologies Contribute to the quality oversight and maintenance of training materials and evaluation strategies Lead training program reviews to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality Training Experience in training program development and implementation under INPO and NRC Regulatory Frameworks Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant technologies, including BWR and PWR Experience with Initial and Requalification Certification Examination development and delivery Familiarity with Computer Based Training (CBT) implementation and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
