Inaugural Executive Director — Health Equity Grants

Annabella R. Jenkins Foundation seeks its inaugural Executive Director to guide strategy, grantmaking, and community relations in the Richmond region. You’ll work with The Community Foundation to optimize back-office support while building the foundation’s voice and impact. The role emphasizes learning the grant cycle, earning trust, and then leading strategic initiatives, partnerships, and fundraising conversations with a trusted Board and grantee network.
