Senior to Associate Town Planner

The Role: Leading the promotion of strategic sites through Local Plans and site allocation processes. Preparing representations, call for sites submissions and planning strategies. Undertaking site appraisals and identifying new development opportunities. Managing strategic residential, mixed-use and employment projects. Advising landowners and developers on land promotion strategies. Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Managing key client relationships and supporting business development. Mentoring junior planners and contributing to team growth.

About You: You'll be MRTPI qualified with strong experience in strategic land, planning or development. You'll have a good understanding of Local Plans, site promotion and development strategy, alongside the confidence to manage projects and clients independently.
