Real Estate Paralegal: CRE Leasing & Closings

Fitness International is seeking an experienced real estate paralegal to support its Irvine team in all aspects of commercial leasing and purchase/sale transactions. The role partners with in-house and outside attorneys and multiple company departments to ensure accurate, timely documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years leasing paralegal experience, a BA preferred, and paralegal certification preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.
