Loader/Unloader We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Truck Loaders/Unloaders in Athens, AL. This position involves loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Athens, AL facility supports manufacturing operations by producing and assembling high-quality office furniture and related products. Loader/Unloader Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Assemble office furniture components and finished products Operate production equipment and hand tools Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Follow work instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals Loader/

Unloader Qualifications: Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including varying temperatures Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Strong attention to safety and quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Must have valid driver license Associates who demonstrate good attendance, strong performance, and a positive attitude may be eligible for a pay increase to $18.00 per hour after 30 days, based on performance and client requirements.
