After January 1, nearly 100 senior primary care centers across Florida become one independent company, funded by a global healthcare investor with twenty years in value based care. The centers are open today. The panels are full, the Medicare Advantage contracts are in place, and the care teams are working. The physician leadership team is being hired this fall, ahead of the launch, so the physicians in these seats set the clinical standards the company opens with. What you will own The clinical standards. You set the care pathways, the utilization criteria, and the way physicians are coached in your centers. You do this work directly with the Chief Medical Officer. A full partnership. Every physician leader is paired with an operating leader at the same level. Your partner runs staffing, budgets, and facilities. You run the medicine. A week built for leadership. Your time goes to physicians and advanced practice providers, to the performance data, and to hospital and specialist partners. Data you can act on. You will see quality, referrals, admissions, and documentation by center and by clinician, and you will have the authority to act on what you see. An executive package. Compensation includes an executive base salary and an annual performance bonus. What a strong first year looks like Seniors in your centers spend fewer days in the hospital. More of their specialty care goes to physicians who deliver high quality at a fair cost. Documentation reflects how sick each patient truly is. Your physicians and advanced practice providers grow, and they stay. Two levels are open in Tampa Market level. You are the senior physician executive for a market of about 20 centers, and you report to the Chief Medical Officer. You own clinical strategy, medical cost performance, and utilization management. You build the clinical partnerships with hospitals, specialists, and skilled nursing facilities, including specialty capitation. You lead and develop the district physician leaders. District level. You lead the physicians and advanced practice providers across a group of centers. You coach from performance data, hold peer to peer reviews, teach accurate HCC documentation at the point of care, and direct referrals to high value specialists.
