Runner Position at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge The Runner keeps service moving smoothly between the kitchen and front of house at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, ensuring every dish reaches the table exactly as intended. The task at hand: Ensure all orders leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and guest requests. Know table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, capacity, and hours of operation. Deliver food and beverage items from the kitchen and bar in a prompt, neat manner. Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with clearing table settings and resetting tables when needed. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linens, and condiments. Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned to adhere to health standards.
