Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles. Oversees tray pack machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently. Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with to Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensures compliance with food safety and quality system requirements. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures. Maintains communication with departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency. Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management. Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement. Records production and/or quality with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
