Sales / Brand Representative

Role Description: The Sales / Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. In this position, the representative will engage directly with potential customers, introduce and promote client brands, and communicate key messages in alignment with campaign goals. Daily activities include interacting with the public at events or designated locations, answering questions, providing product or service information, and gathering feedback from customers. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, increasing brand awareness through consistent messaging, and maintaining a professional, approachable presence that reflects TOMA’s standards. Collaboration with internal teams to report on field activities and share insights will be part of the routine.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and handle inquiries effectively. Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent clients accurately and consistently in offline environments. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to convey brand messages and campaign details to diverse audiences. Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional events is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, adapt to different environments, and stand or move for extended periods. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a high level of personal accountability are expected. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
