Purpose / General Mission of the Position Responsible for coordinating purchasing activities with internal and external clients to acquire products or services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Education and experience: 5 years of experience in similar positions (preferably). University studies in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar. Responsibilities and Requirements: Creation of purchase orders in Oracle Follow up on approval of purchase orders Send purchase order to suppliers Receive weekly RQ from project/base Follow up weekly RQ Follow up on open purchase orders contact suppliers for delivery dates Follow up on issuance of payment statements Creation and follow up of supplier registration in Oracle Perform monthly provision of services that are in payment status or open orders without receipt Implement contracts/letter of offer to service providers.
