Senior Transaction Manager: Complex CRE Deals

JLL is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join the Americas Brokerage Group. The role will manage complex leases and capital transactions on a high-volume basis, ensuring client satisfaction and consistency across processes, reporting, and budgets. You will handle site selection, LOIs, and negotiation of favorable terms, while coordinating with field brokers and delivering executive-ready packages. 10–12 years of experience and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese are required.
