Best Buy Evansville is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair computers and devices at our local store. You’ll listen to customers, explain fixes and partner with other Geek Squad Agents to deliver great service.
Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, making recommendations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely repairs while keeping customers informed by phone and in person.
