Pipe Cutting & Production Operator

Job Duties: Operate band saws, hem saws, and related cutting equipment Accurately measure and cut pipe according to work orders and specifications Inspect materials and verify measurements before cutting Load, unload, and move pipe and other materials throughout the shop Assist with receiving materials from delivery trucks Support assembly and other production activities as needed Learn to operate additional equipment as training is provided Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures Maintain an organized and hazard-free work area Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred Experience with saws or industrial cutting equipment is a plus Forklift experience preferred, but not required Comfortable using a tape measure and following detailed specifications Strong attention to accuracy and quality Able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods Willing to learn new machinery and work in different areas of the shop Reliable, safety-minded, and dependable Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
