About the role

1st Shift Assembly Associate – Greeneville, TN

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday– Thursday | 1st Shift

Overtime: Occasional Fridays/weekends as needed

Position: Temp-to-HireWe are currently hiring Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN!This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to be hired on permanently.

What You'll Do:

Assemble products and components according to instructions
Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Dependability and excellent attendance are a MUSTPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
