Manufacturing Learning and Training Leader II

Overview In this role you will lead the Education & Training pillar and the Integrated Lean Six Sigma training function, driving scalable change across the plant and regional networks. You will design and sustain training programs, coordinate leadership development, and measure change outcomes to support business objectives. Working with cross-site teams, you’ll propagate best practices and ensure effective transfer of materials and initiatives. This is a hands-on, change-oriented role that shapes capability-building and levels up teams. Responsibilities Lead the Education & Training Pillar and its processes (OPL, Skills Matrix) and ensure sustainable implementation across phases. Head the IL6S Education and Training Pillar Function, delivering Phase 1–4 objectives. Collaborate with North America Regional pillar and other sites to share learnings and align best practices. Coordinate with Line of the Future training and transfer materials across facilities; provide guidance and strategy. Provide program leadership and change sponsorship; oversee project teams and thought leadership. Establish and monitor change KPIs for the program and drive change management activities. Act as a plant team member, coaching others and sharing expertise to develop capabilities. Develop and coordinate annual training plans for hourly and salaried personnel; facilitate plant training initiatives. Coordinate training resources and Organization Development expertise; support Quality, Safety, and HR training requirements. Guide Leadership Development across the plant and manage Hourly Training Programs including OJT to assess effectiveness. Flag and schedule required training; ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and change management.
