SAP Order to Cash (OTC/O2C) Functional Analyst / Consultant.

Role Description: The SAP Order to Cash (OTC/O2C) Functional Analyst / Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lisle, Chicago, IL, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the individual analyzes business requirements and designs SAP OTC/O2C solutions covering order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and related processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring SAP OTC modules, managing order processing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end order-to-cash operations. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, performing system testing, supporting user training, and providing ongoing production support. The analyst/consultant will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, data accuracy, and customer experience.

Qualifications: Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and design effective OTC/O2C processes. Experience in order management and order processing within SAP or similar ERP systems.5+ years of overall SAP functional experience.3+ years of hands-on SAP SD and OTC/O2C functional experience.3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.trong understanding of Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and FI-AR Integration. Proven experience in SAP OTC production support, enhancements, or implementation projects. Strong functional troubleshooting, business process analysis, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders. Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate with stakeholders and support end users. Working knowledge of SAP OTC/O2C functionality (sales orders, delivery, billing, pricing, credit, and returns).Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation in an SAP environment. Ability to work in a hybrid setting, managing responsibilities both onsite in Chicago, IL and remotely. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in SAP implementation or support consulting is preferred; prior work in technology or consulting firms is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a project-based environment.
