Key Responsibilities:
Case Presentation: Explain complex clinical treatment plans in clear, everyday language to patients.
Financial Management: Verify insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and present flexible payment options.
Patient Advocacy: Overcome patient objections, address anxieties, and build strong trust to increase case acceptance.
Strategic Scheduling: Coordinate appointments to maximize daily doctor production and minimize gaps.
Proactive Follow-Up: Maintain meticulous records and reach out to patients with outstanding, unscheduled treatment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Dental Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance coding.
