Key Responsibilities: Client Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of service is provided across all client interactions and keep clients informed during processing to consistently exceed expectations. New Accounts & Documentation: Complete new account and maintenance paperwork as requested by advisors, ensuring absolute accuracy and timely delivery aligned with client meeting schedules. Annuity Processing: Complete annuity applications, collaborating effectively with advisors and Cambridge to ensure efficient processing and timely policy delivery. Account Transfers & Service Requests: Coordinate with Cambridge and third-party partners to execute account transfers, checks, withdrawals, and general account changes according to established standards. RMD Management: Monitor Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) requirements for client accounts, ensuring requests are communicated to advisors and processed accurately. Meeting Prep & Recaps: Prepare up-to-date client files for meetings and assist in the meeting recap process, including delegating tasks, initiating workflows, and drafting client recap letters. Compliance & File Maintenance: Take accountability for maintaining client files according to firm and Cambridge standards, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with HFS policies, including owning the physical correspondence practice. Advisor Licensing Oversight: Ensure advisor licenses are maintained and renewed as applicable, including checking that all advisors are registered in all states necessary and tracking for the annual renewals. Reporting: Partner with Client Advisors to ensure up-to-date internal reporting processes summarizing open opportunities and prospective clients. Procedures & Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain documentation for operations, developing and implementing system improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications: Core Mindset: Absolute commitment to client confidentiality, the highest level of service, and a consistent demonstration of moral and ethical business practices. Communication & Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance in line with company policy, punctuality, and a dependable attendance record. Credentials & Licensing: Notary public commission (or willingness to obtain one). Financial industry experience and an openness to licensing are a strong plus. Education /
Skills Required
Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field of study.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry, preferably in a registered representative or RIA office. Licensing: Candidates currently holding, or open to pursuing, a FINRA Series 7 securities license are a strong plus.*Securities offered through Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., a Broker/Dealer, Member FINRA/SIPC.
