Position Overview:
As a Communications Associate, you will serve as a direct connection between our clients and their customers. You'll help communicate products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives while creating a positive and professional customer experience. This is an in-person, customer-facing position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people rather than sitting behind a desk all day. No extensive industry experience is required. We provide training and ongoing coaching to help you develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
- Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly and accurately
- Assist customers with questions and identify solutions based on their needs
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Participate in retail, event, promotional, and community-based campaigns
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Maintain knowledge of current client products and services
- Participate in ongoing communication, sales, and leadership training
- Track customer interactions and campaign results
- Assist leadership with market expansion initiatives as experience develops
