Your responsibilities as a Used Car Sales Associate include: Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain facility cleanliness and organization Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks. What you bring as a Used Car Sales Associate includes: Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes Basic automotive and mechanical understanding Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation
