Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month
Hours:
Mon-Thu 8a-4p, Fri 8a-12pNo Call, No weekends! Scope: Radiation Oncology Procedures: 3D IMRTVolume: 5-10 PPD, 1-2 consults/dayEMR: Epic and Mosaiq Equipment: ELEKTA INFINITY, VISION RT, VARIAN ECLIPSE & MOBIUSGroup: Single Provider, 1 RN, 2 Radiation Therapist, 1 Physicist, Remote dosimetry Require: BC/BE, WY license/DEACredentialing: 60-90 days
